FIRE RISK – NICEIC REPORTS DANGEROUS ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS.

Electric Hazard Sockets Sparking, Wiring Installation Leaking Electric, Dangerous Electric Wiring with Appliances Overloading and Sockets Smoking.

In May and June 2018 Mr Foenander had to complain again and again to the authorities that the Mains Fuse board was sparking with green light when sockets tripped the board! The Sockets in the living room were sparking with electric when used and the appliances were turning themself’s off and on from leaking electricity.

The Neighbour Mrs Da-Silva of Flat 5 who was gaining from my electric installation Overload my Cooker as she was using hers at the same time as me which caused the Installation to Overload and started to Smoke at the walls !

The SSE Power company attended and issued a shut down notice which was also reported to the authorities and the housing group but the Dacorum EHO  Officer Dawn Ryder would not come out to investigate!

In August 2018 while on very low income and being Very Sick and Unwell from the effects of the electrical leakage and suffering from Radiation Sickness, Mr Foenander commissioned a NICEIC Report of all the electrical installations in Flat 6 Adwyck Court, as they are the UK Authority for electrical installations. The official report evidenced that all the tests failed for each installation with fail scores and advised to request a shut down as the electrics are dangerous and unsafe and could cause serious harm or death !

ALL ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS – UNSATISFACTORY !
ALL NICEIC CHECKS EVIDENCE ‘Code 2 Faults’ IN ALL CHECKS COMPLETED

NICEIC – Authority for Electrical Installations

All checks completed by the NICEIC Engineers, evidenced code 2 faults in all electrical installations and recommended a shut down for dangerous electrics. Tony Grimmer Technical Head of the NICEIC advised that if a Code 1 check was completed the property would be shut down immediately which would have left me homeless and the landlord would be able to state that Mr Foenander had intentionally made himself homeless.
