From February 2018 to March 2019 over 50 complaints to the Hertfordshire Police were logged with crime number issued and evidence provided of the Illegal Monitoring and Surveillance of Mr Foenander that took place by neighbours at Aldwyck Court, who were taking illegal recordings of Mr Foenander’s personal life and private life while living in Flat 6 Aldwycl Court and in the local area where Austin walked his dog. The daily recordings were then passed to the Dacorum Borough Council and others of every conversation, mobile phone call with false statements by the neighbours Mr & Mrs Phuyal-Silva of No 5, after being editted by David Lawson of No 12 and Rodney Simmons of No 19 Aldwyck Court, all involved in trafficking of sex and drugs from Aldwyck Court. Aldwyck Housing Group are No Strangers to being involved in housing tenants dealing drug and sex.
The Recordings and Monitoring breached Data Protection Laws and Mr Foenander’s Human Rights as the recordings were of a personal nature of discussion with solicitors looking after civil and criminal proceedings being recorded, confidential and protected information with Barristers regarding a case Mr Foenander was involved in against the Bedford Borough Council, and other private conversations and personal family phone calls.
Mr Foenander was subject to a constant harassment campaign by the gang of neighbours and their friends acting as if they were some sort of private police force, which contributed to cause Mr Foenander a complete breakdown of my state of mental health, and cause him to suffer from electric burns and radiation sickness from the daily effects of being electrocuted.
The Criminal Harassment incidents were reported to the police but they were shut down, Mr Foenander believes he has been discriminated against by the CPS and front line police officers involved. The CPS and the Local Authority also share information with each other and in the wrong hands can easily be miss used. Austin Foenander’s life was being deliberately harassed with weekly frustration incidents, assaults and harassment taking place, which also caused issues with his civil divorce proceedings and other proceedings with unattended court hearings happening caused by the targeting of him, he become so unwell that he did not have the strength to defend himself in his ongoing cases with the CPS. In light of new information being available, which the CPS held back at hearings that would prove his innocence, his solicitors are now lodging an appeal.
When Mr Foenander first reported the Theft and loss of Electric and the Electric Hazard to the authorities and police, not one complaint was upheld despite clear evidence that electricity was going missing. Investigations were again closed down when The SSE Power company were waiting to send n their specialist team.
It is now clear that there is a complaint to be heard of discrimination against Mr Foenander by the Police and CPS, as had the Theft become Public Knowledge with Prosecutions brought, the Merger Between Aldwyck Housing Group and Catalyst would most certainly not have gone ahead. One wonders were the Aldwyck Housing Group and Catalyst facing a financial struggle if the Merger did not go ahead ?.
49 Flats would have had to be investigated properly for ‘Faulty Electric Installation’ and would have had to be shut down and an official public inquiry would have to be opened! New Government Guidelines for landlords.
The Aldwyck Housing Group merger worth millions of pounds would not have gone ahead, so the authorities allow the illegal policing of Mr Foenander was allowed to carry on by the gang of drug dealers and prostitutes operated by Rodney Simmons 19 Aldwyck Court, Mr & Mrs Phuyal-Silva and David Lawson 12 Aldwyck court, with Rodney Simmons being prosecuted for electric theft, illegal listening in against my Human Rights and the Aldwyck Housing would have had to expense a huge displacement costs of the rest of the residents of Aldwyck Court, some of who owned their properties.
The Police were informed of the electric theft taking place with the neighbours who were gaining from this, Rodney Simmons of Flat 19, polish tenants of Flat 4 and Mr & Mrs Phuyal-Silva of Flat 5, but they did not investigate the matter on the evidence provided and even came to visit Mr Foenander in his own home and harassed him not to place any further complaints about the Theft or to the police professional standards department or they would continue to harass him.
The Police regularly stopped and detained Mr Foenander for false complaints made up by Rodney Simmons of no 19 and his Drug Dealing Friends and false complaints made Mr & Mrs Phuyal-Silva of Flat 5 Aldwyck Court, who to this day continues to act as sex trafficker’s for local foreign prostitutes in Hemel Hempstead.
The Police stopped Mr Foenander in the local parks and outside Aldwyck Court, each week in their attempt to discourage him from making any further complaint moving forward.
The Police Sgt investigating Mr Foenander’s complaints to the PSD was supposed to create A Local Resolution Plan, so that the complaints that had been shut down by his officers, could be re-opened where evidence had not been investigated properly. This was especially the case with the Theft of Electric Complaint but instead the Police Sgt included that Mr Foenander should be interviewed by the police for even more false complaints made to the police, which frustrated the Local Resolution Action Plan be resolved to Mr Foenander’s Favour.
The Action Plan was totally unreliable and caused Mr Foenander’s complaints to the PSD and the IOPC to be continually closed to no resolve, while in the background Aldwyck Housing group and Catylist Housing Merger moved forward and went ahead.
COMPLAINTS MADE BY MR FOENANDER 2017 to 2019 include:
1. Theft of Electric ‘Not Investigated’ and shut down by police.
2. Assaults ‘Not Investigated’ and shut down by police.
3. Theft of money ‘Not Investigated’ and shut down by police.
4. Breaking and entry by prostitutes ‘Not Investigated’ and shut down by police.
5. Illegal recordings and harassment ‘Not Investigated’ and shut down by police.
6. Attempts to steal Oscar Mr Foenander’s dog ‘Not Investigated’ and shut down by police.
7. Theft of All Mr Foenander’s Property involving a valuable painting ‘Not Investigated’ and shut down by police.
The Professional Standards Department Bedfordshire Police are involved again with another complaint to the IOPC to become involved under way. 6th May 2020.
THE CROWN PROSECUTION SERVICE AND POLICE SHUT DOWN COMPLAINTS MADE BY MR FOENANDER AND DISCRIMINATED AGAINST HIM. WAS THIS BECAUSE HE WAS FOUND ‘NOT GUILTY’ IN A CASE THE CPS HAD ATTEMPTED TO FALSLY CONVICT MR FOENANDER OF, BUT ALSO BECAUSE THEY DO NOT LIKE VICTIMS TO HAVE A DEFENCE, THE CPS AND POLICE LIKE EASY WINS TO HIT THEIR NUMBER THESE DAYS BUT DO NOT LIKE COMPLAINTS BY THEIR VICTIMS !
MR FOENANDER CONTINUES TO SUFFER ILL HEALTH FROM THE LIVING CONDITIONS OF FLAT 6, THE ELECTROCUTIONS AND RADIATION SICKNESS WHICH THE FALTY ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CAUSED INCLUDING CAUSING HIS STATE OF PHYSICAL HEALTH TO REQUIRE HOSPITAL TREATMENT AND INVOLVES SURGERY.
A PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM HAS BEEN LODGED, WHICH AS ALWAYS IS BEING DENIED BY THE LANDLORD, WHILE MR FOENANDER WAITS FOR THE FINAL CONSULTANT DIAGNOSIS FOR TREATMENTS AND GP REPORTS TO FINALISE HIS INJURY’S FOR CLAIM. BUT THE DAMAGE IS DONE.
