Neighbours & Friends Helped Mr Foenander & Oscar!

Three people strong enough to help Mr Foenander stand up to this criminal housing group, two of which were Chole & Sean of no 7 Aldwyck Court, two neighbours who helped Mr Foenander’s dog Oscar from being out in the heat all day.

Chole witnessed the effects of the Electrocutions on Mr Foenander from her kitchen window each day, while the neighbours using Mr Foenander’s electric caused Oscar and Mr Foenander to be electrocuted and suffer from Radiation Sickness every time they turned their electric on.

This was a regular harassment from the neighbour living above Mr Foenander, a Rodney Simmons of No19 Aldwyck Court, who loved to do to this by leaving on his wireless stereo, using Mr Foenander’s electric while leaving Oscar and Mr Foenander to suffering every time he did this. Eventually Mr Foenander learnt that to turn off the Mains Electric Board to cut off the theft by Rodney Simmons of no19 Aldwyck Court, and to cool down the effect of the electric leak this caused in the flat.

Even more shocking, is that Rodney Simmons then went around Hemel Hempstead mocking Mr Foenander, spreading romours and telling people that Mr Foenander lived above Rodney Simmons flat, where Simmons drug dealing friends lived, one of which was a man suffering from Schizophrenia who had been harassing Mr Foenander to buy crack cocaine from him. Rodney Simmon’s and his gang attempted blackmail Mr Foenander to buy the drugs or they would arrange to have Mr Foenander assaulted when he went out for walks with his dog.

What is even more suspicious is the diagnosis of Schizophrenia, was recorded on Mr Foenander’s Mental Health Record which Mr Foenander had never suffered from. The diagnosis has now been removed and action is being taken up with the NHS and BMA.

Other neighbours informed Mr Foenander about Rodney Simmons being a gay man using crack cocaine every day, while working for the post office. It became clear that Rodney Simmons had been stealing electric from the previous tenant of Flat 6 Aldwyck Court, and had regular confrontations with the tenant, and harassed the man who eventually died in the property.

Another matter the Aldwyck Housing Group manager Edward Ogundele does not want the public to know about.

Aldwyck Housing Group were going through a merger at the time of Mr Foenander’s and his dogs suffering, his complaints to have the property fixed never got addressed and there are New Tenants living in Flat 6 Aldwyck Court after the Flat was condemned. This is a Criminal Housing Matter that the Aldwyck Housing Group aka Catalyst needs to be held accountable for, as the state of their properties and the harm they cause to peoples lives by lack of proper investment in maintenance and repairs.
