Electrocution Anxiety & Stress – Causes Mental Health Breakdown & Death!

Radiation Sickness is a serious condition and must be reported quickly according to the World Health Authority. The UK Government HHSRS Process is also clear that there is serious risk of contracting cancer from exposure to high amounts of electricity and must be reported and investigated by the Environmental Health Departments in local authorities and must not be ignored. HOW TO TREAT RADIATION SICKNESS

A full report was made to Dawn Ryder EHO of the Dacorum Borough Council but something very suspicious was taking place as Dawn Ryder did not follow the HHSRS Process properly and even after complaint to Neil Polden of the Dacorum Borough Council, the lead for Environmental Health at the time they refused to use the Correct HHSRS Scoring Process to Shut Down Flat 6 Aldwyck Court, as they should have done, as there was and no doubt still is a Serious Category 1 Electric Hazard taking place at Aldwyck Court.

As a comparison The Stafford Council published the clear definition of a Category 1 Hazard and a Category 2 Hazard. They clearly and correctly state that Hazards are not scored by using the NICEIC scoring system, while outlining the 29 Hazards defined by the Housing Health and Safety Scoring System.

The NICEIC scoring system that Dawn Ryder assumed to used in place of the HHSRS Scoring system caused Mr Foenander and his dog to continue to suffer from electrocution for another 8 months, while the Aldwyck Housing Group pushed forward with an illegal section 21 eviction, ignoring Mr Foenander’s state of health and placing his life and that of his dog, Oscar at risk of further harm and possible death. In May 2019 Mr Foenander was so ill he could hardly talk when but he had to attend court to support his solicitor stoping the eviction BUT the judge at the hearing was not the right level of judge to hear Mr Foenander’s case and his defence has never been heard to todays date.

Mr Foenander wrote over 6 times to Neil Polden and Dawn Ryder of the Dacorum Council and evidenced that Dawn Ryder had used the wrong scoring system as published by the Government in the HHSRS process, as Dawn Ryder had used the NICEIC Scoring on the Report Mr Foenander had commissioned and falsely reported that there was not a Category 1 Electric Hazard taking place BUT this is a malpractice mistake that the Dacorum Borough Council EHO made, while the Aldwyck Housing Group Housing Manager, Edward Ogundele did not want any further EHO assessment to take place, and though Dawn Ryder had confirmed she would need to do further investigation but which has never taken place.

The Radiation Sickness Mr Foenander and his dog, Oscar were suffering, made them so ill, Mr Foenander had over 9 mental and physical breakdowns between 2018 & 2019 with paramedics and ambulance attending Flat 6 and with Mr Foenander being taken to hospital on three occasions but the Dacorum EHO Dawn Ryder would not reply or confirm the mistakes she and Neil Polden were aware of, to have the property shut down. Mr Foenander is yet to have treatment for the effects of the Radiation Sickness which caused him to lose over 4 stone in weight in less than 6 months for his age and height.

Worse than this, Mr Foenander’s best friend and beautiful companion dog, Oscar, suffered in silence and eventually died at only 8 years as no one including the vets would treat Oscar at the time, for his condition and instead kept insisting for Oscar to loose weight while giving him a clean bill of health! Oscar died suffering 4 months after the eviction in July 2019 from Anemia, Hyperthermia and Anxiety.

OSCAR DIED IN MY ARMS SUFFERING FROM BEING ANAEMIC AND COLD WHEN HE HAD ONLY HAD HIS YEARLY INOCULATIONS 3 WEEKS BEFORE !

If you have information about Mr Foenander’s experience while he was living at Flat 6 Aldwyck Court, or about the neighbours who finally caused the death of his dog, Oscar, in Milton Keynes, please get in touch in confidence and your information will be passed to the authorities investigating as this type of Fraud and Harassment of Tenants by Landlords ‘Must Never be Allowed’ to continue or take place again.
