MP HAS AUTHORITY TO PROTECT THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF HIS CONSTITUENTS BUT FAILS TO RESPOND !

I believe that I am a victim of CRIME. Please can you review the attached document in word or PDF format.
Thank you for allowing me to continue to copy you into my correspondence so as I may demonstrate to you what I am having to experience and live through since residing in your community of Decorum.
To date and since a divorce separation and build up to this has taken place in my life, somewhere around 2012/3 to today’s date. My life as I once knew it has been turned upside down with emotional distress beyond mental health repair, financial loss, physiological interruptions such as homelessness, short term housing issues, poverty, living off benefits only, campaigning against my wishes and rights of the Human Rights Act, interruptions to my data protection, provision of proper health care service of my choices through the NHS, tampering of my medical records, arrests by the police, assaults of a physical nature on my person, issues while in detention at Hatfield police station, concerns of issues with the arrests and detention process, amount of court appearances at both civil and criminal court, exposure to illegal and medical drugs without my consent, targeting activities aimed at driving emotional response with out my permission being gained to do this, cruelty to my pet dog Oscar taking place, deliberate targeting of my person to an exhaustion limit.
I will be following up with the PCC based at Harpenden and including the IOPC into my complaints to them tomorrow, while I request that you are able to present my situation to them coherently on my behalf as the solicitors representing me in a trading standards part to my complaints to yourself and the PCC and IOPC are failing to defend me correctly and may be caught up in some time delay legal process issue that I am not aware of as I am not a litigant.
After the reading the Human Rights Act in detail, I followed up some months ago in complaint to your office about the situation I am continuing to have to live through as a constituent in Hemel Hempstead.
No politician or titled politician should be allowed to hold office while upsetting people in their community. The more people speak out about this, the more campaign will call for his resignation. The more information placed online about real life issues Penning has caused no matter how small is the measure he is able to hold his office, people do not need an election to oust any corrupt politician. Transparency of peoples real life hardship caused by this politician will soon see him out of office.
Mike Pennings secretary reviewed Mr Foenander’s complaint and responded incorrectly by stating that Mike could not get involved as the matter was involved with court proceedings, but there were no court proceedings taking place at the time of Mr Foenander’s request letter to Mike Penning who was responsible, and had the authority to become involved and protect Mr Foenander’s Human Rights as he was a constituent of Hemel Hempstead.
The reply suggests Mike Pennings knew of the desperate position of Mr Foenander but failed to take action to stop the harassment of Mr Foenander and his dog who also suffered from the harassment.
It is clear Mike Penning MP was involved in the merger of Aldwyck Housing Group and Catalyst and did not want this Human Rights issue and Dangerous Electric Hazard issue to stop the merger going ahead.
Is it Time for MIKE PENNING MP to publicly apologies to Mr Foenander and arrange for compensation?
Mr Foenander and his dog suffered from harassment, assaults while being electrocuted in his Flat with the landlord, Aldwyck Housing Group refusing to take responsibility and led to an illegal eviction of Mr Foenander with the Aldwyck Housing Group Discriminating against Mr Foenander, his Human Rights while illegally arranging for Mr Foenander to be under 24hr ‘Surveillance’ while he was living in his Flat. The Merger between Aldwyck and Catalyst went ahead while Mr Foenander continues to suffer from very ill health from the effects of electrocution and faulty electrics.
This type of landlord treatment must is all to common but must never be allowed to happen again. A report is being prepared for The Serious Fraud Office to become involved.
