In April 2018 Mr Foenander reported a serious issue of Dangerous Electrical leakage in the Flat 6 Aldwyck Court, Hemel Hempstead, he was living in with his companion dog, Oscar. The landlords manager Mathew Ambler assured Mr Foenander that he would address the issue as urgent. Instead what took place was a battle of denials, cover up’s and illegal actions against Mr Foenander and his dog by these authorities that lasted over a year, while Mr Foenander and his dog, Oscar were suffering from the effects of the dangerous electrical leakage, which Mr Foenander is still suffering from until he receive specialist treatment, but his companion dog, Oscar has sadly died from the effects.
Aldwyck Housing Group are responsible for the personal injury and death of Mr Foenander’s dog, but Mr Foenander continues to face the brunt of these injury’s as his health has been suffering from the effects of the electrical leakage, and electrocutions that has damaged my core nervous system.
Oscar his beautiful American Akita dog suffered in silence from low thyroid and anxiety conditions, overheating and depression, which he was receiving treatment for including, blood tests, recovery treatment, medication and the removal of his micro chip before Oscar could receive the re-training he would need to stop his suffering and for him to be well and happy again. The Dogs Trust stepped in to help pay for the initial consultations and the ongoing costs for Oscars treatment of Hypothyroidism and Anemia but the ongoing harassment against Mr Foenander and his dog, caused Oscar to die from breathlessness and cold.

Unfortunately Mr Foenander’s most loyal and beautiful companion Oscar died on 24th November 2019 in pain and suffering until his last breath, as Oscar was not able to cope with the change from an highly electric living environment to one that had no faults. It is suspicious that Mr Foenander continued to be discriminated against when moving to Milton Keynes by two neighbours he does not know, but it is clear that the police must step in and investigate as the ongoing harassment and discrimination continues to be a organised gang working in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
Mr Foenander is waiting for specialist Hospital Appointments for three separate conditions caused by him being electrocuted.
