Mr Foenander moved into 46 Forest Rise in Milton keynes after being evicted by the Aldwyck Housing Group, only to find the same operation taking place by his Neighbours towards him and his dog. Numerous reports of Harassment had been made to the local council and police. Mr Foenander complained of being Victimising and Harassed to be involved with Foreign Sex Workers or to give them money, in Exactly The Same Way he was Harassed and Attacked In Hemel Hempstead.
There have been over 12 reports of Harassment and Victimisation made to the Milton Keynes Police and Council Authorities, including threats to beat Mr Foenander up and an attempted break into his flat while he was in with his dog. The Police had to be called and Cautioned the tenant of No 42 Forest Rise with Arrest unless he sobered up and stopped being aggressive. Ongoing attempts to intimidate Mr Foenander continued with rumours spread by No 38 & 40 Forest Rise as they were not getting their Money Kickbacks from the prostitutes and drug dealers. Threats of Violence against Mr Foenander and his new dog, Zeus, continued by the foreign neighbour of No 50 Forest Rise that he would shoot the dog, Zeus with a firearm. The Police have placed Mr Foenander and his dog Zeus on a community protection order to protect harm coming to Mr Foenander and his new dog, Zeus.
30 plus complaints made o the Milton Keynes Council & Police in less than 6 months of living at Forest Rise include:
1. Mr Foenander has complained of Helium & Hellucinogen Gas let off under his front door causing his past dog, Oscar to be ‘Poisoned’.
2. Cigarette ash bleached with drugs was left on the door step to ‘Poison’ Oscar, as he went out for walks.
3. An Attempted Break in with Threats of Violence to Harm Mr Foenander by the neighbours with the police having to be called.
4. Weekly confrontations with Foreign People ‘Stalking’ Mr Foenander where ever he walked his dog has been taking place.
5. Malicious Rumours Have Been Spread about Mr Foenander by the neighbours in the Local Area that are ‘Not True’ and offensive.
6. Persistent Intimidation from a Foreign Neighbour of No 50 Forest Rise who followed Mr Foenander every time he walked his dog around his local estate.
7. Foreign Workers living across the courtyard regularly Flicking Cigaret Butts at Mr Foenander and his dog Oscar when they were going out for walks.
8. Mr Foenander reported the death of his dog, Oscar and the Harassment where he walked his Dog, to the Milton Keynes Police but with little evidence and restricted investigation policing by neighbourhood officers has led to Mr Foenander being placed on the local protection scheme for the safety of his new dog, Zeus.
These neighbours who live at no 38, 40 and 50 Forest Rise caused Mr Foenander’s beautiful Akita dog, Oscar to suffer from Anxiety and Cold by poisoning the dog and deliberately leaving the front door of the building open every night when Mr Foenander had gone to sleep, so that Mr Foenander’s studio flat would become very cold and effect his dogs recovery, even though Mr Foenander had argued with these neighbours that his dog, Oscar was not well and the door must be kept shut to keep the heat in at night.
Oscar was recovering from the move from Hemel Hempstead on steroid medication and being treated by local Vets but these neighbours ignored all requests and pleads to keep the door shut. Oscar died suffering within 3 weeks of being poisoned and being kept cold, from Anemia, a serious reaction to the cold and he could not get warm enough for his medication to take effect. The neighbour in this picture is now attempting to hide his name to avoid civil prosecution by Mr Foenander for the death of his dog, while the neighbour of No 38 continues to work with the foreign neighbours to cause Mr Foenander and his new dog, Zeus Harassment at every opportunity.
This is the Cruelty that the neighbour of 38 and his friends ‘Paul’ of 40 forest rise and the foreign neighbour of No 50, planned with determined malicious and sly actions to cause a defenceless animal to Die, Cold, Breathless and Suffering.
Oscar had Blood Tests & Steroids to help him survive but the neighbours responsible kept Oscar Suffering from Cold, Anxiety and Daily Stress!
WHY DID THEY DO THIS TO OSCAR? TO INTIMIDATE MR FOENANDER TO PAY THEM MONEY OR TAKE ON THEIR PROSTITUTES? OR IS IT THE GANG ARE BEHIND THE LARGE SCALE DRUG DEALING AND UNIVERSITY PROSTITUTION RACKET TAKING PLACE ACROSS HERTS/BEDS/BUCKS/CAMBS.
These Neighbours of No 38 & 40 Forest Rise, who worked with the foreign neighbours of No 50 Forest Rise to cause Oscars death while he was recovering from veterinary treatment, must be stopped and brought to justice to put an end to this type of social housing harassment Mr Foenander has been fighting against. An all to common issue facing people living in social housing since the new wave of residents have been hitting Britain shores.
