3 months After Eviction – The Aldwyck Housing Group Steal all Mr Foenander’s Property!

In July 2019 Mr Foenander Handed Back the Keys to the landlord rather than excepting to be put through more psychological discrimination by the Aldwyck Housing Group housing manager, Edward Ogundele, with council representatives and the police on site.

After being given verbal assurances that Mr Foenander could arrange to collect his property, as is his Legal Right under the judicial review process and Interference with Goods Act 1977. Despite this Edward Ogundele organised the theft of all Mr Foenander’s property after shutting down the flat and went on to use his network of contacts in the police and council to cover this Theft Up.

The theft was witnessed by neighbours and the Theft reported to the police, with a crime number issued. A PC Fahey and his colleage then failed to speak to the witnesses or review the evidence of Mr Foenander’s property and worked with the Dacorum Council to shut down the crime complaint as reported in PC Fahey’s investigation report to Mr Foenander.

The matter is now under investigation by the Police Profession Standards Department and the officers involved under investigation by their Inspector. This is an ongoing issue that the IOPC & PSD have been investigating as the the complaints have not been investigated properly.
