Oscars Story of Suffering.

In April 2018 Mr Foenander reported a serious issue of Dangerous Electrical leakage taking place in the Flat 6 Aldwyck Court, Hemel Hempstead. His companion dog, Oscar was suffering as was Mr Foenander but the Aldwyck Housing Groups manager Mathew Ambler, who assured Mr Foenander that he would address the issue as urgent. Instead what took place was a battle of denials, cover up’s, lies and illegal actions taken against Mr Foenander and his dog by these authorities that lasted over a year, while Oscar and Mr Foenander were suffering from the effects of the dangerous electrical leakage which Mr Foenander is still suffering from until he receives specialist treatment.

Unfortunately time has run out for Oscar as following illegal eviction and rehousing, Oscar died within 5 months of his condition in November 2019, while the Dacorum Authorities continue to attempt to avoid responsibility and cover up this destruction of their health and lives from the media.

Oscar Suffering from Low Thyroid, Anxiety & Hypothyoidism

While Mr Foenander has taken the brunt of the actions and while his health has been suffering from the effects of the electrical leakage, he is determined to bring those responsible to face justice for the suffering of his beautiful dog Oscar, who suffered in silence from Low Thyroid and Anxiety conditions, overheating and depression, which would have required behavioral and psychological sessions, blood tests, recovery treatment, medication and the removal of his micro chip before Oscar could receive the re-training he would need to be well and happy again. The Dogs Trust stepped in to help pay for the initial consultations and ongoing costs for Oscars treatment was very high but The Dogs Trust provided help every step of the way to support treatment to save his life, but alas Oscar sadly passed away from his condition in November 2019

ATTACKED BY DAVID LAWSON OF NO 12 ALDWYCK COURT

Oscar had to suffer since February 2018 in the electric leakage which effected his ability to eat or drink his water, having to have specialist medication to recover for this, while he was so sick he could not move properly for almost four months after this happened.  The neighbours who caused this by continuing to take electric from Flat 6 exposed Mr Foenander and Oscar to the effects of the leaking electric, targeted Oscar by banging on the front door when Mr Foenander was not there to frighten him and make him anxious, while the neighbour above Flat 6, Rodney Simmons left his stereo on, while going out for hours every day, with the electric leaking into the flat every time he did this. Rodney Simmons and Dave Lawson put Amyl Nitrate down the water system to Mr Foenander’s flat while he was out to make Oscar suffer from the effects of this Dangerous Chemical Drug. The Fire Brigade and Paramedics had to be called out to make the property safe on a number of occasions when this took place as Mr Foenander and Osar could not breath while in the Flat when the water was laced with Amyl Nitrite.

Oscar became so sick at times Mr Foenander had no choice but to take him out of the flat into the heat for most of the day and night to keep him breathing, which the neighbours relied on as they made more than 8 attempts to steal Oscar each time Rodney Simmons and David Lawson let of gas around Oscar to make him sick, so he could not use his natural dog defending nature to warn off aggressors when they attacked Mr Foenander.

Reports to the Herts Police ended in not enough evidence every time in Mr Foenander’s personal case, while Mr Foenander had no choice but to stand up and Defend Himself from being Harassed, Bullied and Attacked by Drug Dealers, Prostitutes and their Traffickers living in Aldwyck Court.

Mr Foenander had Oscar since he was 8 weeks old as a pup and he had been the most loving and happy companion dog to Mr Foenander and those who know Oscar, but to have seen Oscar suffer so much for no reason and to find that the authorities involved want to hide this matter away so Mr Foenander and his dog, Oscar are forgotten while Oscar has now died in suffering, unhappy and denied his right to get well as a dog , is clear vicious Discrimination against Dogs and their Owners and Must Be Stopped

THE SUFFERING OF A PEDIGREE AKITA MUST NOT BE FORGOTTEN!

Mr Foenander was finally housed a few weeks later after eviction in temporary accommodation, in Milton Keynes where he had lived for most of my life, BUT only to find that neighbours in the block in Forest Rise, Eaglestone, Milton Keynes, began to act suspiciously toward Mr Foenander and Oscar within days of moving in. Oscar had some treatment and Mr Foenander pleaded and argued with the two neighbours in No38 & 40 Forest Rise to keep the front door area clean and the door shut to keep the block safe and warm at nights but the neighbours ignored Mr Foenander to cause his dog to suffer to extaught Mr Foenander into to using their prostitutes or to give them money, three weeks after moving in, Oscar died in devastating conditions of cold, harassment and stress caused to them.
