From 2015 the NHS 111 & Mental Health Teams in Hertfordshire & Milton Keynes Had Tampered with Mr Foenander’s NHS Health Record to cause him to be arrested, stopped and detained, and imprisoned, causing his Mental Health to Breakdown by Discriminating against Mr Foenander and circulate his Mental Health information into the hands of community members which caused him to be targeted and illegally Monitored with illegal Surveillance taking place Against Mr Foenander’s Human Rights.
In early June 2018 Mr Foenander attended an emergency GP appointment at Fernville Surgery in Hemel Hempstead as he was so sick with Radiation Sickness that it was driving him into a deep mental health breakdown. Dr Meeta Duggel seen Mr Foenander and requested a full report from him for their team of Doctors to provide treatment.

AND DELIBERATE REFERRAL TO THE WRONG NHS TEAM FOR TREATMENT
WHY WAS MR FOENANDER NOT PROVIDED TREATMENT & REFERRAL? Mr Foenander had clearly been electrocuted and had been complaining to the authorities and his my mental health team about the Electrocution and Radiation Sickness but they took no notice, referred him to an online GP service, refused to treat him at the Urgent Care Centre at Hemel Hempstead Hospital and his mental health team, but insisted he created his own Health Plan when he was suffering a mental health breakdown.
THE FIRST THING MR FOENANDER FOUND OUT ABOUT HSI NHS HEALTH RECORD WAS THAT HE WAS BEING TREATED FOR SCHIZOPHRENIA WHICH HE HAD NEVER SUFFERED FROM !
In 2018 after 6 months of complaint to Tom Cahill CEO of the NHS TRUST, it was found that ‘SCHIZOPHRENIA’ should not be on MR Foenander’s NHS Health Record as a diagnosis and it removed with apology.
Mr Foenander was being treated by Mark Shields who worked fro The Dacorum Council and a Dr Oppedijks of the Dacorum Community Mental Health Team for SCHIZOPHRENIA! but not the Paranoia, Anxiety and Depression symptoms of Psychosis that he was reporting to them.
Mr Foenander was totally DISCRIMINATED AGAINST by the Dacorum Community Mental Health Team, Mark Shields and Dr Oppedijks in a clear attempt to discredit Mr Foenander with incorrect diagnosis. No correct treatment was ever provided and when complaints were made they continued to make false and discriminatory statements about Mr Foenander so it would appear on his NHS Health Record.
IN 2020 MR FOENANDER FOUND OUT THAT MORE DELIBERATE ENTRYS HAD BEEN PLACED ON HIS NHS HEALTH RECORD BY THE NHS 111 PARAMEDIC SERVICE THAT WERE NEVER ON HIS NHS RECORD BEFORE MOVING TO HEMEL HEMPSTEAD.
Mr Foenander’s NHS 111 Health record had an entry included from 2018 that he was a ‘cocaine user’. This was exactly the same time he was complaining about Mark Shields and Dr Oppedijks to the chief executive about them. There is a clear ‘Tampering’ of Mr Foenander’s NHS Health Record that MUST BE INVESTIGATED so that these people are brought to face justice for what they have done.
The 111 service wrote to Mr Foenander after he complained to them and had the entry ‘REMOVED’ from his record. The entry caused Mr Foenander to spend three days in Bedford Prison as a Judge at a trial he was involved in was led to believe that Mr Foenander had taken cocaine and the paramedics confirmed this to the court. The reality was iMr Foenander was having an Acute Anxiety and Paranoia attack and physically had a breakdown, he couldn’t breath from the Radiation Sickness and Mental Health condition he was suffering from.
4/ WHY DID THE NHS TRUST STATE THEY HAD A BLOOD TEST WITH ‘cannabis user’ ON IT, WHEN LATER THEY APOLOGISED THEY GOT IT WRONG?
The Doctors at Fernville Surgery did nothing to help Mr Foenander but referred him to the Special Allocations Scheme as he protested about being Electrocuted and needed treatment for Radiation Sickness.
He went to the vets his dog, Oscar was registered with, Companion Care Vets in Hemel Hempstead but instead of giving Oscar immediate Emergency Treatment, the Vet signed Oscar off as being fit and request some weight loss.
Is it any wonder Oscar ended up dying of his condition, while these vets continued to take money from The Dogs Trust who were supporting all of Oscars vets costs.
