Complaints to The Authorities Led to Eviction Not Help!

In early 2018 Mr Foenander lodged complaints about the dangerous electrical issue effecting his health with the Aldwyck Housing Group CEO Ian McDermott, the CEO of Dacorum Borough Council, his GP’s and Mental health team and even the local MP MIke Penning but instead of arranging immediate re-housing and treatment for the radiation sickness he was suffering with my companion dog, Oscar, an illegal eviction strategy was implemented.

Mr Foenander’s complaints were closed down by the same people he was complaining about and a string of vicious rumours and defamation about Mr Foenander was spread in the local Hemel Hempstead community, his medical records were deliberately adjusted to show use of drugs which had he not been involved with but was arrested and detained every month for false complaints made up by the same foreign neighbours network living in Hemel Hempstead and then released after interviews found that there was no evidence to convict Mr Foenander of the False Complaints.

The People Involved:

Ian McDermott – CEO Aldwyck & Catalyst Housing

Sally Marshall – CEO Dacorum Borough Council

Neil Polden – Lead EHO Dacorum Borough Council

Cynthia Hayford – Strategic Housing Manager Dacorum Borough Council

Edward Ogundele – Aldwyck Housing Group

Matthew Ambler – Aldwyck Housing Group

It became very clear Mr Foenander was caught up and a victim of deliberate Corporate Cover Up and Corruption issue that the authorities did not want to become exposed to the public.

Eventually after 8 months of complaints the local EHO Dawn Ryder who visited the flat to do an inspection. Dawn Ryder did not have the correct equipment to do the HHSRS Hazard Checks required, including for electrical hazard, internal damp and the radon gas complaint, that was leaking into the kitchen through the air vents. Dawn Ryder never returned to finish the assessment and went on to Lie and avoid questions around her failing to score the Category 1 Electric Hazard in the flat by using the NICEIC scoring system for her initial reports and not the HHSRS process scoring system that she had been trained and should have used. The same tactic was used by her head of department Neil Polden who deliberately refused to reply to direct questions put to the council by Alex Mayer (MEP) Labour.

DAWN RYDER DACORUM (EHO) – USES MY REPORT & THE WRONG HHSRS SCORING PROCESS
AND FAILS TO RETURN TO COMPLETE CATEGORY 1 HAZARD CHECKS – PG1

AND FAILS TO RETURN TO COMPLETE CATEGORY 1 HAZARD CHECKS – PG2

The deliberate strategy of avoidance, defamation and malpractice by the Dacorum Council and Aldwyck Housing Group went on to make Mr Foenander so Ill he began having regular physical and mental health breakdowns that are now being diagnosed by specialist Doctors for treatment to avoid the same issue taking place with Mr Foenander that his dog , Oscar was suffering from and which he eventually died of.
