HE REFUSED TO STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT THE DANGEROUS ELECTRIC HAZARD THAT WAS KILLING HIM AND HIS LOVING DOG, OSCAR..
Mr Foenander was approached by Mike Penning MP on the streets of Hemel Hempstead a number of times attempting to persuade him to work for him for free and support his ideas for Health Programs in the Hemel Hempstead area, as Mr Foenander is an expert in health and wellbeing. Mr Foenander was not well and would want a employed job when he was rady to go back to work, not volunteer work offers, Mr Foenander has a professional work background, himself and a dog to feed, as well as a life to live, but Mike Penning wanted service for free, Mr Foenander declined Penning’s offer of volunteer work.
Mr Foenander wanted an appointment with Mr Penning about the Electric Hazard and to request Mr Penning to protect his Human Rights so he could become well from his mental health condition but Mr Penning’s office, ignored Mr Foenander’s appointment requests, stating court cases were taking place about Mr Foenander’s issue, which there was not.
It seemed that nothing would stop the electrocution of Mr Foenander and his dog and that the the Merger between Aldwyck Housing Group and Catalyst going ahead at any cost or harm to life.
Ongoing assault’s took place against Mr Foenander in the High Street and in His property by the criminals and drug dealers living in Aldwyck Court. On one occasion a Gay Man known as Shark, a friend of Simmons from No 19 Aldwyck Court walked into Mr Foenander’s Flat, drugged Mr Foenander and his dog with a Helium gas mix, assaulted Mr Foenander by Dislocating Mr Foenander’s Thumb while he was unconcious, and to attempted to Rape Mr Foenander, but he woke up, put his thumb back in place and Had to defend himself and thew the man out.
Eventually Mr Foenander was illegally evicted, for raising complaints about the conditions his dog Oscar and him were forced to living in. The housing group stole went on to steal all of his property and continues to work with the Dacorum Local Authority to cover up the truth and not take responsibility for the malicious negligence that has been caused to Mr Foenander’s life and state of health and that of his dog, Oscar who became so chronically ill, that Oscar has died at only 8 years of age, which has devastated Mr Foenander and those who loved Oscar.

The landlord and their staff including Edward Ogundele and Matthew Ambler, who stole all of Mr Foenander’s property continued to work behind the scenes using their network and influence to cause Mr Foenander more stress to disrupt his life and right to mental health treatment. They went on to use their ability to have Mr Foenander discharged from his mental health team during important treatment to avoid Mr Foenander receiving the diagnosis for his condition caused by the electrocutions, using peers in the local council and forcing Mr Foenander to use a different mental health team than the one he was happy with, causing delays in treatment and important timely reports being available.
It is illegal and negligent of these teams, which the primary care executive had been investigating ‘Tampering’ of Mr Foenander’s medical records for two years, as NHS Administration teams linked to the council continued to dispute, confirmed mistakes in diagnosis to avoid legal claims being made against them. Mr Foenander’s access to mental health support and treatment was denied and he become chronically ill and struggled to look after himself and his dog, Oscar but is determined to make this issue public so that no one ever suffers in the way he was forced to again.
Why would anyone do this?
Because repairing electric installations like the one in Flat 6 Aldwyck Court would be highly costly, would disrupt neighbours that had purchased their properties adding more compensation costs running into six figures. This is the type of dilapidation people like Mr Foenander were having to live in, which has caused him chronic ill health, and the suffering and death of his dog, Oscar.
The harm caused to Mr Foenander’s health may never have a recover, but the negligent death of his dog, Oscar drives Mr Foenander to ensure that this matter is made public and the housing group face justice for what they have done, no matter how long it takes, and potentially he hopes they will all face criminal convictions for what they have done.
Outdated electrical installations exist in many older social housing block’s, most likely being the real cause behind catastrophes like the Grenfell disaster. Mr Foenander had to shut down the mains electric fuse board on at least five separate occasions to avoid fires breaking out, while living at Flat 6 Aldwyck Court. Two of which happened when the neighbour in Flat 5, which backs onto the kitchen of Flat 6, was using her electric washing machine (economy 7) and caused an overload, leaving wires from the cooker in Flat 6 smoking.

On one Saturday night when a friend of Mr Foenander’s was staying with him, an unhappy customer of The Da Silva’s Sex Worker, sprayed ‘S**T F**K’ on the door of Flat 5, in protest of receiving poor service they had paid for. The result was these so called neighbours reported Mr Foenander for doing the spraying to the door but the police could not question Mr Foenander as he had a witness with him all night and into Sunday morning when his friend insisted to report the issue to the police as the foreign neighbours of Flat 5 had children living with them.
NO ACTION WAS TAKEN AGAINST THE WOMAN AS SHE USES HER CHILDREN AS A SHIELD TO PROTECT HER ILLEGAL EARNINGS !
