Aldwyck Housing Group CEO Fails To Investigate Complaint & Evidence of Dangerous ‘Electric Installation & Wiring that could cause FIRE & DEATH !

In May 2018 Mr Foenander wrote to Ian McDermott (CEO) Aldwyck Housing Group in complaint of the dangerous electrics and other issues in Flat 6 Aldwyck Court. Mr Foenander’s Flat was leaking electric, with plug sockets not Earthed and Burst Sparking, broken wiring and damage to electric installation, boilers and shower unit, were also reported.
Instead of arranging a shut down and re-housing of Mr Foenander and other flats in the block effected by leakages taking place and preventing an electric overload and fire risk. Mr Foenander was exposed to Criminal Harassment and Assaults , Illegal Listening in to his daily life, his conversations with friends, family and solicitors acting for Mr Foenander and trolling of his internet browser usage to persuade Mr Foenander to Shut Up and STOP COMPLAINING!
Edward Ogundele the housing groups area manager used his contacts in the Dacorum council, police authorities to cause Mr Foenander’s complaints to be deliberately frustrated, to illegally issue a section 21 notice and to Lie to Alex Mayer (MEP Labour) in replies to Direct Questions that Alex Myer positioned on Mr Foenander’s behalf to Neil Polden lead EHO of Dacorum Council to have Mr Foenander re-housed.
Mr Foenander was assaulted on a number of occasion by Dave Lawson of 12 Aldwyck Court who caused Mr Foenander to defend myself from physical harm. Dave Lawson aka Dave London, regularly boasted he worked for Mike Penning MP. The matter was reported to the police but this did not deter Dave Lawson and Mr Foenander had to eject him on a number of ongoing occasions. Again the police did not take action against David Lawson to protect me and my dog, Oscar.

1. Arranged for Residents to Harass Mr Foenander
2. Started an illegal eviction proceeding under section 21 which is not valid
3. Created False Statements and made up statements that were untrue.
4. Arranged for Other Tenants to Make False Complaints
5. Contacted the Council Housing Lead & Do the Same
The Following Complaint Letter to Ian McDermott was ignored and caused Mr Foenander to be evicted while off sick and suffering illness, harassment and assaults be neighbours and the eventual death of his loving Akita Dog, Oscar.
