Mr Foenander and Oscar had to spend at least 5 hours a day out of the property for fear of dying from the dangerous electrics. Their daily routine was to let the electric heat come out of their bodies or they would simply become breathless and would breakdown from the conditions high amounts of electricity cause to the body of Human’s and Animals.
Mr Foenander was suffering from ‘TMD’ temporomandibular joint disorder, caused by the Multiple Electrocutions and Radiation Sickness, which instantly took hold causing sever stress and anxiety he and his dog were had been exposed to. Oscar was always stronger than Mr Foenander and as long as he had his time out of the flat Mr Foenander was able to defuse the build up of harmful electric in him and keep him alive.
It was disgusting that while the authorities knew of Mr Foenander’s suffering, the Dacorum Council Housing Management and the Aldwyck Housing Group manager Edward Ogundele and his staff led by Matthew Ambler, spread malicious rumours about Mr Foenander that were untrue but caused both Oscar and Mr Foenander to face daily harassment from the gang of prostitutes and drug dealers living in Aldwyck Court and the Hemel Hempstead area. It has now been made clear from friendly local people that Edward Ogundele and Cynthia Hayford of the Dacorum Councils housing team are taking bribes from prostitutes and drug dealers living in social properties in Hemel Hempstead to earn top ups on their salary’s.

Harassment, and over 7 attempts took place to steal Oscar from Mr Foenander, to have Oscar face ‘Bait Fighting’ got Mr Foenander arrested on a number of occasions for Defending His Dog. Mr Foenander reported the people behind this, to the Hemel Hempstead Police who attended at scenes of assault on Mr Foenander but refused to take action against the attackers and closed down all of Mr Foenander’s Crime Complaints.
Mr Foenander was Discriminated Against by the Hemel Hempstead Police for defending himself and his Dog from harm and theft.
THE PSD AND IOPC ARE NOW ESCALATING THESE ONGOING COMPLAINTS AGAINT THE POLICE TO BRING THOSE OFFICERS RESPONSIBLE TO FACE INTERNAL POLICE ACTION, WHILE MR FOENANDER WILL BE SEEKING TO BRING CIVIL DISCRIMINATION CLAIMS AGAINT THE POLCE SERVICE.
Illegal Policing MUST BE STOPPED as issues like MR Foenander’s experience are likely to be part of a Serious Fraud taking place within some Social Housing Groups and the Police.
